Seated Massage (Acupressure)

Seated Massage is quick, easy, and can be very effective in helping to relieve stress and tension from the body.

Also known as Acupressure, this physical treatment is a 20-30 minute hands on session, using pressure massage to work on the back, arms, shoulders, neck and head to work out stiffness, aches, tense muscles, and general aches and pains. 

This is a great therapeutic treatment at any time, and is particularly good to help if you have been sitting at a computer all day, in the office chair, or have any aches and pains in these areas, including headaches. It can work stress and tension out of the body to leave it feeling light and refreshed.

This is a perfect treatment to help loosen up muscles and ease stiffness and tension from achy shoulders, backs and the arms.

This is a great experience on its own, or it can be combined with or Reiki. 

Seated Massage

Acupressure Massage can be applied in the workplace, as it is easy quick and effective. Many employers are now working with this technique for their staff: to help employees manage stress, tension, stiffness, aches and pains, as well as fatigue and other well-being issues. With the amount of stress and tension caused by our busy working lives, a 20 minute massage break is a perfect stress relief at work or after work!
